Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept:

*VISA/Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
*Debit cards linked to flexible spending/medical accounts.
A Pre-Pay discount package is offered for 5 sessions or more
Monthly statements with provider identification, diagnosis and procedure coding are sent via email, unless otherwise requested.
*Plans may be limited to a specific number of visits, or only applicable to specific diagnoses.

*What conditions will insurance specifically cover?
*What ICD-10 (diagnosis) codes and CPT (procedure) codes are covered for reimbursement?
