Communicare Ltd., Inc. provides holistic speech, language, and feeding services to children and adults with a variety of developmental, medical or rehabilitative needs.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept:

*VISA/Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
*Debit cards linked to flexible spending/medical accounts.
A 10% Pre-Pay discount package is available when 5 or more sessions are purchased in a single block. These sessions are non-refundable and do not expire. They can also be split between family members when appropriate.
We do not participate with any insurance carriers or Workman's Compensation programs, and do not submit paperwork on behalf of the patient. It is the patient/parent’s responsibility to understand their personal medical coverage and to undertake therapy with this in mind.
While we provide monthly statements (or more frequently upon request) with National Provider Identification numbers, diagnosis and procedure coding, this does not guarantee that our services will be reimbursed.
Our records and bills reflect the patient care administered and may not meet insurance company guidelines and coding requirements. We cannot change codes to manipulate charges, but may revise a diagnosis if the change is appropriate and warranted.
